Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with a Facilities Management background? Mainstay is currently partering with a global service provider that is keen on bring in a business analyst to play a pivotal role in integrating technology seamlessly with FM operations.

As a business analyst you will be a joining a global service provider that are keen to expand their team. You will be join a collaborative team of Like-minded individuals, assisting with the implementation of new systems within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the business analyst will include:

  • Collaboration & Definition: Collaborate with FM stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Establish efficient facilities maintenance processes for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
  • Data Maintenance & Documentation: Ensure accuracy of asset data, document usage processes for platform optimization and seamless operations.
  • Requirements Documentation: Capture comprehensive business needs supporting FM programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Requirement Elicitation & Validation: Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements to meet global business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align IT solutions with strategic plans, challenge and enhance existing processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with technical architects to recommend solutions that align with business needs.
  • Process Improvement: Map and innovate business processes, contributing to operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Technology Implementation Oversight: Manage the integration of new technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed User Stories and pertinent documentation meeting business requirements.

The successful Business analyst will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in Facilities Management or similar domains.
  • Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience overseeing technology implementations is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge and exposure such as APIs, SQL ERP systems
  • A solid background in business process application design, technical requirements
  • Confidence working with complex data and systems, with experience of MRI Evolution
