Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis to gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among team members.
- Develop detailed business process models and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and enhance overall project efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Software Engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
- Experience conducting workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
