Job description: My client based in Brighton are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. The Role:
You will be supporting the Senior Manager – IT Development team in the delivery of project assignment(s) with a focus on the following tasks:
- Assist in the shaping of strategic initiatives
- Map current and future state business processes identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and document business requirement
- Work with systems developers to design and develop solutions
- Exposure to systems development tools where appropriate
- Design, plan and manage user acceptance testing of solutions
- Assist in the implementation of business process change
- To support the IT Department in the delivery of IT led projects
Experience required:
- Business requirements management
- User Acceptance Test planning and management
- Benefit Realisation
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management of the full systems development life-cycle
- Implementation Management
Technical Requirements:
- VISIO with BPMN
- JIRA
- MicroStrategy development
- ImageRight Workflow Studio
- ImageRight Enterprise Management Console
