Job description: Seeking a proactive Business Analyst to drive and facilitate business change. Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to capture requirements, document processes, and foster system improvements. Your role ensures clear communication, efficient project management, and benefits realization in a dynamic business environment.

What you will be doing

· Requirements Elicitation: Capture and document business requirements, translating them into detailed design documentation when needed.

· Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with Solution Architects, project managers, and business sponsors to produce project mandates and associated benefits cases.

· Quality Management Framework: Ensure all analysis artifacts are produced in line with the Quality Management framework.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ensuring a strong customer focus in all interactions.

· Support and Expertise: Provide support, guidance, and expertise to colleagues while managing concurrent projects at different stages of the lifecycle.

· Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and improvements through a deep understanding of system capabilities and application uses.

Who we are looking for

· Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and practices.

· Familiarity with working in an Agile delivery environment and capturing requirements, translating them into technical solutions with development teams.

· Strong customer focus with the ability to establish effective relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd parties. Credible communication and influencing skills are essential.

· Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, with a preference for a Business Analyst qualification. Experience with Business Transformation or Lean principles is a plus, and a focus on accuracy and effective communication at all levels is crucial.
