Job description: This role entails leading a team in Strategy & Change to provide a quality business analysis service. The Senior Business Analyst will have a critical role in shaping and implementing strategic solutions for our client operating in public sector services.

The Senior Business Analyst will provide structured Business Analysis capability to increase efficiency as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team. Working across multi-discipline project teams to develop, digitise and improve business operations for the benefit of internal and external customers and support the adoption of new ways of processing information.

• Leading and managing a team of business analysts.
• Developing and implementing strategic business solutions.
• Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Conducting in-depth business and systems analysis.
• Facilitating change and process improvement initiatives.
• Delivering high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentoring junior team members and assisting in their professional development.
• Translate product road map features into well-defined product requirements including epics, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
