Overview
A leading digital service design consultancy is searching for a Senior Business Analyst with experience working in the Public sector/Government and working to GDS standards. The organisation support large-scale digital transformation programmes to public and private sector organisations looking to embrace digital services to innovate and evolve.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you translate complex business problems and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the end-to-end service or product, with the appropriate use of epics, features, user stories and defined acceptance criteria.
Job requirements
- Lead groups of people that are specialists in their field with confidence, knowing how to guide their short-term and well as long-term priorities.
- Lead, coach and train less experienced consultants and be responsible for their career development.
- Have advanced knowledge of GDS standards and service principles
- Be able to understand the strategic objectives of the organisation and how the insights will help them
- Identify and measure value and use evidence of value to drive decision-making to ensure the user is at the heart of the project
- Build consensus amongst people with different perspectives, with the confidence to make decisive decisions when consensus is not possible.
- Find pragmatic and creative ways to balance constraints to meet user needs across complex multi-team environments.
