As a member of our Business Analysis team, you’ll play a pivotal role in various initiatives within the OSB Change Portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Sponsors, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Developers, Testers, and Business Change professionals. What you will be doing

As a Senior Business Analyst within our team, your primary responsibilities revolve around thorough analysis and problem-solving, evaluating potential solutions to support informed decision-making by the business, and effectively managing stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout projects. You’ll play a critical role in eliciting, analysing, and specifying business requirements using appropriate techniques and tools, while also ensuring traceability of requirements and supporting changes through to the realization of benefits.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Conducting comprehensive analysis to identify and quantify challenges and opportunities.
  • Facilitating business decision-making by evaluating solution options.
  • Managing stakeholders effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Eliciting, analysing, and specifying business requirements, utilizing various techniques and tools.
  • Ensuring requirements traceability and supporting changes through to realization of benefits.

In return for your commitment

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £55,000 to £65,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

  • Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 15%
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Could you be the one?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping, process modeling, data modeling, stakeholder management, and traceability matrix.
  • BA Professional Certification (e.g., CBAP, BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis) preferred.
  • Strong toolkit of BA techniques for requirement elicitation, analysis, and management.
  • Experience in full project lifecycle management.
