We are on the search for a Senior Business Analyst and Change Manager, who will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality process reengineering to accelerate transformation within the organisation.
Working within our Financial Support team, you will work collaboratively with our business stakeholders from across the Bank to understand our business change needs. The role holder will be responsible for the end-to-end change from defining and articulating requirements through to deployment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and delivery orientated Business Analyst to make a significant impact on the employees and customer’s journey.
The difference you’ll make:
- Reviewing current documentation and processes to find ways of how they can be reengineered
- Providing clear understanding to stakeholders / project sponsors on the impacts of change
- Providing direction and leadership on ways to reengineer current processes
- Building excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders including up to executive level
- Working closely with all colleagues to ensure full support on deliverables for programmes and projects
What you’ll bring:
- A background in Business Analysis in the Financial Services sector, with the ability to review, and reengineer processes
- Senior stakeholder management expertise with the ability to translate complex issues into clear communication
It would also be nice for you to have:
- Experience working within a Financial Support or Collections and Recoveries environment

Our preferred location for this role is Milton Keynes and current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week. We would also encourage you to apply if you are in a reasonable travel distance of our offices in Glasgow, Bradford, and Sheffield.
This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your contract duration.
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
