You love business; finance is just the medium you use to make your impact. You want to get out in the business and build relationships whilst expanding your existing skills to become a business partnering master. You’re excited by helping teams make better decisions, by bringing the finance-view into considerations.You love learning about the next innovative idea and sharing this with your team and stakeholders. You’re proactive, not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and you’ll take it personally if we have a bad month. We’re a rapidly growing FP&A team and you’re excited about playing a key part in this growth; bringing your existing skills to help us maintain our FP&A processes whilst constantly looking for improvements and efficiencies.✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Financial business partner to revenue owners
  • Lead the monthly and annual planning process for your departments
  • Using the data to model out insightful revenue analysis to help drive commercial decision making
  • Help build out the FP&A systems to be fit for the future of a rapidly scaling tech company
  • Support the optimalization of our new planning tool Pigment and the adoption in the wider business.
  • Support on ad hoc analysis and business cases to help us make well informed and modelled decisions

  • Confident manipulating and sense-checking data. We’ve got a lot of data, can you help us turn it into actionable insights?
  • Experience in creating complex models in a commercial role
  • A confident excel user with SQL exposure
  • Business partnering experience
  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with 2+ years PQE
  • Previous exposure to Pigment
  • Hospitality and/or fintech background
