This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.

As a key individual contributor, you will be part of a leadership team on specific programmes, working with the local verticals to analyse the right solutions, seeking clarity on key decisions points and ensuring the business makes the globally correct decision over any local vertical interest.

What you’ll bring:
- Ownership of clear & unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements and processes.
- Conduct Stakeholder analysis, working with key partners across the global organisation to: identify & document business & customer requirements for core platforms and brands; build a detailed gaps analysis
- Condense gaps and requirements into prioritised system development

- Take ownership and leadership of the entire analysis life cycle within an Agile product development lifecycle.
- Understand RAID, proactive escalation of risk with mitigation analysis and recommendations.
- Be a key team member at project initiation, assisting with setting the strategy and scope of the project.
Plan Execution
- Work with the local teams/brands and the programme leadership teams to review current challenges, uncover root causes, recommend course correction, and implement strategies to support implementation effectiveness based on feedback
- Define clear & unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements and processes.
- Share the detail behind your analysis with appropriate partners, define and communicate any key issues
Key Skills and Characteristics
- Senior BA experience within a scaled agile development methodology environment
- Bring a deep understanding and experience of Business Analysis standard methodology
- Naturally collaborative with a strong commitment to encouraging cross-functional problem solving and decision making to realise outcomes and build trust
- An analytical and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to analyse complex problems, determine solutions, and produce tangible outcomes
- Ability to maintain a balance between short-term delivery and longer-term strategy
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a demonstrable history of ownership, responsibility and accountability.
- A pragmatic outlook with a strong focus on delivery, and a desire to see a job through to conclusion
- Excellent networking, communication and influencing skills, comfortable operating at all levels of an organisation
