Job description: Senior Business Analyst – Bristol (Hybrid) – Leading SaaS£70,000 / Hybrid Work / Opportunity to shape the future of the company / Company CarA well-established client of Oscar’s is looking to expand their team with another Business Analyst, which will be leading the digital transformation of their existing business processes while implementing new ones to propel the business forward.The client is a well-known SaaS company who works with blue chip clients around the UK and worldwide, so there is opporunity to travel.Ideally, you will have at least 4 years’ experience working in a Business Analyst role. it’s essential for you to have experience engaging with stakeholders and leading offshore teams.What you will need:
- At least 4 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in SaaS
- Solid communication (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of processes and understanding any improvements, with the confidence to lead large teams
- Ability to speak to different stakeholders from C-Suite to warehouse staff
- The office is based in Bristol with the requirement at attend twice per week depending on business needs.
