As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering building projects and low-carbon initiatives safely and to a high standard. Accountability will include full budgetary and commercial management, schedule management, risk and issue management and regular reporting to stakeholders.

In this Construction Project Manager role, you can expect to:

• Deliver training to the project management team to develop their construction expertise and implement high standards of safety through design and construction of all initiatives and projects
• Instruct and manage the relationship with design teams to successfully deliver initiatives
• Plan and carry out all projects in compliance with all relevant national, regulatory and corporate legislation, policies, requirements and codes of practice
• Develop less experienced members of the team to gain experience and adopt professional construction processes.

To apply for this project management role, you will need 5 years of project management experience, including extensive knowledge and experience of Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). You will also require the following:

• The ability to lead and inspire a team of project managers
• Excellent project schedule management
• Commercial astuteness and budget control management skills
• Commercial forecasting and revenue reporting skills.
