Our award-winning Procurement and Contract Management team are looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to join their team based at Severn Trent Head Office in Coventry City Centre.

We will be looking for you to support performance improvement and commercial value with the Contract Management teams and our category manager, specifically looking at spend, supplier and market analytics, performance tracking and reporting and incident management support. You will be responsible for the management and contribution towards Severn Trent’s chemical framework KPI’s. You will control the delivery of our chemicals projects on an ad-hoc basis where required also.

Key accountabilities will be:-

  • Track and produce management information reports for supplier performance meetings with stakeholders for business reviews.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and measure data to support supplier review meetings.
  • Support the completion of requests from industry bodies such as Water UK and DWI in a timely manner providing critical STW data.
  • Support with market intelligence gathering and analysis relating to chemicals pricing, availability, security and global trends, providing key insight to senior management and to underpin our chemicals category strategy.
  • Support delivery of supplier and contract spend performance reporting, including variance to targets and understanding of price / volume issues.
  • Creating and maintaining SAP catalogues, contract data, updating pricing, descriptions, removing and adding sites to ensure high catalogue compliance from WPO team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

We’ll be looking for he successful candidate to have experience SAP User in relevant SAP modules, BW, Power BI, and other reporting tools. Furthermore being IT literate, especially around Microsoft products will be required. Having knowledge of Procurement Processes, Supplier Management, and/or Contract Management would be beneficial.

Expected salary: £34000 – 43000 per year
