Job description: We are currently working on behalf business at the forefront supply chain solutions and design industry who work with some of the UK’s leading brands. With customer service and technical knowledge being at the core of everything they do, they truly stand above the competition when it comes to delivering customisable warehousing and material handling solutions.With this in mind they are looking to add a Senior Customer Support Coordinator to their team in who will be based at a key customer site in the Nottingham area. They will be the key link between the customer and the rest of the business and will be working closely with the engineering / supply chain and projects team to ensure that the service provided to the customer is of a great quality.Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Support Coordinator Role:

  • Being the key representative of the business for any customer queries or enquiries.
  • Coordinating the delivery of contractual agreements for the customer.
  • Maintaining accurate of all customer documentation and information.
  • Tracking customer and business action plans liaising heavily with other departments within the business.
  • Being the key liaison for any upcoming projects ensuring all stake.
  • Operating as the key communicator both internally and externally.

Skills required to be successful in this Senior Customer Support Coordinator Role:

  • Proven experience within a customer support coordinator role.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.
  • Background within materials handling / manufacturing / warehousing.
  • Ability to discuss and translate technical and commercial topics.
  • Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
  • A clean, full UK driving license.

The package for an Senior Customer Support Coordinator includes:

  • Basic Salary of up to £50,000.
  • Working week of Monday – Friday.
  • 25 days Annual Leave + Bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working option 1 day per week.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
