Job title: Senior Cyber Security Consultant

Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cyber Security Consultant – Operational Technology. This role is open to multiple locations across Scotland, Wales and South East England, including London. Our client are a top global consultancy across multiple sectors from Infrastructure to Defence and Rail.

Role:

The successful candidate will be focused on understanding customers’ business and providing cyber security expertise covering strategic and advisory solution design.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and establish good security governance to meet client business requirements
  • Create client policies and procedures to meet corporate and regulatory requirements and standards
  • Select appropriate technology to meet client’s security requirements and help deploy that technology in live OT/ICS environments
  • Technically lead multi-disciplinary teams on client engagements
  • Provide cyber security advice and guidance within standard operating business operations, technical refresh and new project environments

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant experience implementing cyber security in an operational technology environment, such as energy, utilities or transportation
  • The ability to work on multiple projects with many stakeholders concurrently
  • Familiarity with one of more OT cyber security standards or regulatory frameworks, such as IEC/ISA 62443, NIST CSF, VCSC CAF
  • Experience of conducting engagements on live industrial plants including site surveys, risk assessments and the deployment of appropriate security controls

Desirable:

  • Ability to work effectively both individually and leading a team in a multi-discipline environment
  • Deep understanding of the way that OT/ICS systems are procured, designed, deployed and operated
