Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Digital Designer who
is comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, and fast-paced
environment.
Responsibilities and Expectation:
- Under the guidance of the Head of brand & Creative you will take the lead on all
design projects including website design, digital advertising, social assets, window
graphics and print collateral etc. * Work with our Growth & Partner Marketing teams to create materials that support
our digital paid performance media channels, including digital banners, emails,
static adverts, short-form videos, carousels, GIFs and other formats tailored to
campaign audiences.
- Capture and edit imagery and video alongside the creative team on monthly
content capture days.
- Be a brand custodian ensuring NAAMA’s brand guidelines are adhered to and
strive for consistency across touchpoints – web, social, digital, CRM, advertising &
physical collateral.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow from stakeholders across the studio through
effective communication, production, and delivery of high-quality materials within
the given timeframe.
- Provide creative leadership and push the creative boundaries to improve output
quality content.
- Look outside for inspiration – foster collaboration, creativity and continuous
improvement. Continuously evaluate creative effectiveness.
- Assume responsibility for overseeing, proofing, and maintaining quality control
over all design output.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar with minimum 5
years’ relevant experience.
- An expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma & Motion graphic tools
- Strong capability in the formal areas of design from typography, layout, hierarchy
and proportion alongside a holistic passion for design and delivering to high
standards of care and professionalism
- Experience designing emails, an understanding of the process and best practices
for responsive HTML design.
- Ability to interpret briefs, project manage, present, influence and push creative
innovatively. * Highly organised and able to multitask, plan, and prioritise with excellent
attention to detail. * Confident communicator, enthusiastic and a good work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects through to completion.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a track record in delivering great creative from
early stage concepts through to the meticulous design implementation across
websites and related digital communication.
