What to expect

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager role to join our dynamic Marketing team, directly reporting to the Head of Digital Media. You’ll be working collaboratively across functions, being the trusted digital marketing expert to Agencies, Partners, Heads of Product Management and IT.

You’ll be accountable for delivering multi-channel marketing activity, predominantly using digital media including search, affiliates, aggregators, and social.

This is a critical role, driving revenue and profitability for Post Office products. Focus products are split between our Mails services, Royal Mail, Evri and DPD and also our Savings Account proposition.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in paid media channel execution, both tactical and strategic.
  • Experience of driving business growth with innovative, demand generation and prospecting campaigns, working with key partners including Google, Social Platforms, Ad Platforms, Affiliates, Aggregators, Networks, Agency Media Buyers, Data and Monitoring Platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital channels and their role as part of a multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Knowledge of Adobe and/or Google tools for paid media execution and analytics reporting.
  • Strong understanding of measurement frameworks and tracking for online campaigns comfortable with A/B testing, biddable media, social channels and measurement, inclusive of traffic, conversions, engagement, revenue and ROI
  • Creative eye and ability to judge what are the right assets by execution channels.
  • Results oriented and solution focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Can demonstrate confidence, resilience and the ability to be proactive, while also being able to follow instructions and provide support to the Head of Digital Media and Marketing Director.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and draw robust and commercially sound decisions.
  • Excellent influencing skills and the ability to interact and build relationships with colleagues both within and outside of the Post Office, up to senior management level
