About the Role:

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on our success, we are searching for a skilled Senior Digital Marketing/Media Specialist that is looking for a new challenge. If you can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and are an expert at analytics, we have the perfect job for you.

You will be responsible for leading the execution of our paid media strategy, working closely with the Senior Manager of Paid Media, our Global and Corporate Marketing teams, Global Field Programs colleagues and digital marketing agencies. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and confident executing campaigns in-platform; an individual who is data-driven and can ensure we maximize our investment, optimize our programs performance, and drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Day to day digital program management, ensuring campaigns are running and optimized for best results, monitoring performance, delivering insights and recommendations
  • Drive program execution in alignment with regional strategy and Global ABX campaigns
  • Work closely with Field & Partner Marketing to execute against the regional strategy
  • Work with our agencies to drive paid media strategy, ensure on-time execution, and continuous optimization
  • Use paid media channels (Paid Search, Content Syndication, and Paid Social) to build awareness, generate leads within target accounts and personas, and create Pipeline while meeting ROI benchmarks
  • Provide campaign analysis and reports with recommendations and insights for growth
  • Examine correlations between prospecting activities, install base cross-sell, conversion rates, revenue, and budget
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour, well versed in industry best practice
  • Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation
  • Regular communications with key stakeholders
  • Use project management tools to manage timeline, status updates, and approvals

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven hands-on experience with paid media management, strategy, and execution
  • Current Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing certification or required within 3 months of hire
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omnichannel campaign delivery and retargeting
  • Experience and knowledge of the latest reporting and analytic tools
  • Experience creating & cloning Salesforce campaigns & UTM tracking codes
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Wrike or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, audience building and segmentation for account-based campaigns
  • An innovative thinker with a test and learn mindset
  • Close attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a high volume, faced paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written to clearly convey strategies, tactics, rationale and results

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • B2B and SaaS industry experience desirable
  • ABX platform experience highly desirable (6Sense, Demandbase, Triblio, or similar)
