TikTok is seeking a Finance BP that will support our global monetization business for European enterprise. The new hire will support in performing management reporting and budget tracking, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and is comfortable with adapting to change as our business continues to grow.Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and insights, and management reporting.– Managerial Financial Reports and Budget Tracking: Support in preparing managerial financial reports and tracking business financial performance. Perform financial analysis related to budget tracking.
– Close Procedures and Key Accounts: Lead close procedures for key accounts. Validate accruals and amortization of expenses.
– Budget Control and Project/Contract Review: Conduct budget control activities. Review project and contract applications for appropriateness and alignment with business needs.
– Optimizing Financial Processes: Support in optimizing financial processes and related systems to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with XFN stakeholders to implement changes and control business risks.
– Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis: Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.Qualifications:Minimum:– Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree is required.
– Work Experience: Strong FP&A or equivalent work experience.
– Stakeholder Management: Experience with XFN stakeholder management.
– Soft Skills: Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Team player, self-motivated, critical thinker, strong problem solver, agile, and resilient.
– Hard Skills: Data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications:– Certification: CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
– Industry experience: Experience in the internet, media, TMT, or digital advertising industry is preferred.
– Territory Experience: Experience in supporting regional multi-territory teams across Europe is preferred.
