Job description: A growing Aerospace company, based in Peterborough, are current looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer who can help with developing their bespoke technologies for the aerospace sector.
The majority of your work, at least to start with, will be on FPGA development for technologies that provided to a range of clients that have their own unique solutions.
As the technologies provided need to be made bespoke for specific client’s facilities, this means each project has a completely unique problem and solution. Therefore, continually work of FPGA Development will be essential to be successful in this role.
You will be redesigning new components continually in this role, a really interesting approach to different problems to supply the solutions. This is a role that will keep you interested and engaged.
We are open to people from different sectors, however if you have any aerospace experience it would be beneficial. It is essential for you to have a number of years of experience Firmware development.

Due to the nature of some of this work we ideally need you to be able to obtain security clearance. This normally means holding a British passport or living and working in the UK for the last few years, while also not holding a criminal record.
