Job title: Senior Group Accountant SECTOR

Job description: Main responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role on coordinating the audit process with both the team and the external auditors
  • Drive any technical projects such as acquisitions or changes to standards
  • Internal controls/improvement of processes

Global Accounting Network are currently partnering with a high growth, AIM listed data and analytics business. While the business is listed, they operate more akin to a private equity backed business in how fast paced they are, regularly acquiring businesses at a global scale.

Due to growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Group Accountant to take a leading role within the audit process and any projects that arise from a technical standpoint.

This is an internationally focused role with high scope for progression.

Skills/experience required:

  • ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Qualified through an audit scheme (such as Big 4)
  • Experience leading on audits under both US GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong working knowledge of group consolidations
