Job description: Ward 7A are excited to recruit Senior Healthcare Support Workers to assist in delivering complex care on a 1:1 basis. We are looking for a small team of individuals who are competent with providing an excellent standard of basic nursing care but who wish to develop specialist skills to support an individual with complex care needs. Candidates will be supported to work towards a core set of clinical competencies including airway management and tracheostomy care, enteral feeding and medications administration. Successful applicants will be working within the established respiratory team on a fixed term basis to promote a period of rehabilitation and onwards discharge planning from the hospital setting. If you are eager to learn, attain specialist knowledge in a supportive environment and have a friendly, positive personality we are very keen to hear from you.
