Job description
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior IFA support for a successful small IFA in the outskirts of Glasgow.
- You will be responsible for providing tailored support to Advisers
- Diary management, co-ordinating the Financial Adviser diary and acting as first point of contact clients requesting first time appointments, ad hoc appointments, and annual reviews
- Manage New Business Pipeline and Applications from outset through to completion
- Responsible for Advisers annual review process
- Client servicing eg switches, rebalance, withdrawals etc.
- Compiled suitability reports for New Business cases
- Research and cash flow modelling using a range systems and research tools
An ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an IFA environment.
Be highly organised & methodical with excellent attention to detail.
Have excellent communication, numerical and IT skills.
Experience with some, or all, of the following Investment Platform; Abrdn, M&G and True Potential would be beneficial.
The firm offers sponsorship for financial advice qualifications and study days for relevant examinations.
