Job Purpose

Join Us as a Senior International Sponsorship Officer

This job role will assist the International Service Delivery Manager in ensuring the performance and quality of the team.

The Senior Officer will be assigned to a specific region / market where they will be expected to understand the nuances of policy and procedure and apply it consistently and to a high quality. They will assist the International Service Delivery Manager with the KPI management of the team.

They will line manage the role of International Service Administrator and ensure that the quality of the International Service Delivery Team is monitored, providing reporting to the International Service Delivery Manager regarding quality issues or quality trends identified by the International Service Administrator.

The Senior Officer will manage visa extension reviews and cas issuance; providing advice and guidance to students who require a visa extension on the compliance requirements and application process.

The Senior Officer will additionally be required to assess the eligibility of a prospective international student for visa sponsorship by BPP.

Performance will be monitored on set KPIs concerning output and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand BPP admissions policy and criteria and how to apply that to specific applications
• Holistically assess credibility, aligned to UKVI policy and caseworker guidance
• Review and decide on visa sponsorship, conducting a compliance review in line with UKVI policy and guidance, for both prospective students wishing to join BPP and existing registered students, should they require extensions of visa sponsorship to complete their course
• Manage the role of International Service Administrator to complete their duties to a high standard
• Identify trends in applications and delivery quality and escalate to International Service Delivery Manager
• Ensure accuracy of data within BPP’s CRM system
