Job description: The role: Senior IT support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line Field Support)
Salary: Up to £35,000 starting salary

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Telephone/ Onste/ remote support
  • Installation of IT services and Solutions
  • Ensure all service work is logged in company ticketing system.
  • Identify improvements to internal and client systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for customers and internal systems.
  • Work with third parties to resolve issues with clients’ systems and software.

Skillset required:

  • Strong Windows Desktop, Server, and Office suite experience.
  • Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
  • Servers and Office 365 Installation and Migrations (Planning to Delivery).
  • Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery.
  • Managed Switches, VLANs, VPNs and Security Firewalls.
  • Broadband, Wireless and VoIP Technologies.
