Job description: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with an interest for cyber security? I’m currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join a new client of mine in the engineering sector.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial experience in a 2nd/3rd Line position with an aim to being trained in cyber security.Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT issues across 16 offices, supporting 500 users.
Support Windows OS, Office 365.
Swiftly resolve tech queries.
Aid hybrid workers at home and office.
Setup software, hardware.
Enhance IT security practices.
Manage security incidents.
Ensure compliance.Skills:
Office365 proficiency.
Windows Domain expertise.
Azure AD familiarity.
Network troubleshooting skills.
Virtualization experience.
Sophos security knowledge.
Maintain Cyber Essential Plus compliance and certification.Perks:
Up to £45,000 DOE
24 Days Annual Leave + Bank holidays.
37.5-hour workweek – 8.30am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
