Responsibilities will include:
- Assess and understand Supply Chain and operational / management reporting requirements to recommend the optimal solutions to address client needs
- Support clients to define the business case for MS D365 F&O enabled business transformation
- Play a key role leading delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 enabled operational solutions
- Develop internal capability in Deloitte UK MS D365 F&O team – Supply Chain, through supporting assessing training needs and the demonstration of role model behaviours, including engaging clients and solving our clients’ biggest problems
- Combine industry insight with knowledge of core Supply Chain and operational management reporting
- Demonstrate thought leadership in MS D365 F&O – Supply Chain domain
- Become a trusted advisor to business leadership within our clients’ organisation
- Build effective relationships across the global Deloitte Microsoft network

As a Microsoft D365 F&O Supply Chain Consulting Lead in our Emerging Technology team, you will play a key role shaping and building our Microsoft D365 F&O Supply Chain practice in the UK, you will help our clients transform the way they run and manage their Supply Chain, you will use your expertise to build and develop our internal capability. The role provides the opportunity to support our global strategic clients address their most significant business challenges alongside building a successful team.
You will play a key role supporting our clients define their Microsoft D365 F&O solution to shape the future business function and operational management reporting.
You will provide a unique perspective combining industry insight, deep knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and business transformation. You will use your knowledge of Supply Chain business process, information model and D365 F&O to design solutions and future products and services, influencing critical solution architecture decisions.
You will use the experience gained though-out your career to help us build and develop our internal capability, provide technical insight (on MS D365 F&O – Supply Chain), assess training needs and be a role model to our emerging talent, demonstrating how you engage and work with clients to solve their most complex business problems.
Your professional experience
Essential:
- MS D365 Finance & Operations certificate – Supply Chain
- Proven experience with full life-cycle implementation of MS D365 F&O – Supply Chain focused
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation methodology and principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of establishing and embedding effective solution governance
- Ability and keen interest to develop talent and build a high-performing team.
Desired:
- Effective listening skills to understand and break down client finance business problems
- Ability to share finance good practice and influence stakeholders on proposed solutions
- Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
- Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story
- Demonstrated Supply Chain domain and industry knowledge
- Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients
- Effective cross-functional project management, communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into information models
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
- Experience in consulting or professional services.
