The Senior Marketing Manager role is responsible for shaping and driving Qantas’ UK, Europe and Africa regional marketing. You will develop marketing strategies and plans that deliver the best possible brand exposure and commercial performance for Qantas.
You will be responsible for leading the execution and delivery of the activity associated with the marketing strategy including events, partnership marketing, website management, direct marketing and advertising. You will manage the end-to-end execution of integrated campaign activity including creative development, project planning, media planning and stakeholder management.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally to drive an effective and cohesive approach to how we market Qantas to UK, Europe and Africa regions.
What you’ll bring:
6+ years’ business experience
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
Thorough understanding of core brand and marketing principles and processes
Proven ability to drive large-scale marketing plans to deliver significant revenue contribution
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, with a performance mindset
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Solution-focused attitude to take on challenges
Passion for digital technologies and channels, experience with email build, CMS management – experience with Adobe (AEM, analytics)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, including remote teams across different time zones
Aviation and travel industry experience highly regarded; French language skills advantageous
