Working in conjunction with an award-winning multi-disciplinary construction specialist looking to enhance their Bristol office team with an established, Senior standard Mechanical Design Engineer at present.

This role offers the opportunity to form part of the Building Services sector professionals within a group who have involvement on a multitude of built environment project sectors inclusive of Residential, Commercial, Education, Mixed-Use, further.

The well-established group have a presence across the south of England with four separate office localities, offering consulting expertise across Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and more.

This Senior Mechanical Design Engineer position provides the chance to join a multi-disciplinary, industry renowned consultant with investment in helping towards achieving Chartership status as an Engineer, should this not already be attained.

The Role –

– Taking the lead on design, drawing, calculations, technical reporting, further duties within the Mechanical design team

– Enhance and develop relationships both with existing and potential new clients

– Develop and mentor Building Services Engineering colleagues to ensure full potential in reached

– Assist Directors and Partners in identification of possible business development opportunities

Requirements –

– Possessing a degree and/or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or relevant industry qualification

– Exceeding 5 years’ experience within a similar Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer position

– Proactive mindset with openness to be part of business development

– Proficiency in the use of Electrical industry software such as AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux
