Job description: Great permanent opportunity to work as a Senior Production Operative for our client’s bakery.

Staffline is recruiting a Senior Production Operative to work Days in Market Drayton.

The rate of pay is £12 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:
– 6am to 6pm

Previous experience in Food Production is essential.

Your Time at Work

As a Senior Production Operative, your duties will include:

– Running the production line and machinery
– Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
– Assigning workers production line tasks
– Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
– Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
– Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
– Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Our perfect Senior Production Operative will have leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in Food Production is essential.
