Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- All contract performance related activities, tied to customer or programme.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and the internal business, development and production teams.
- Managing the transfer of information and requests, whilst delivering the customer’s agreed requirements.
- Assure timely resolution of issues, keeps the customer advised of the progress of the programme, and negotiate changes, variations and solutions to issues.
- Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to assigned contract.
- Maintain and develop specialised knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others.
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
- Use multiple internal and external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Has persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in NPI Product development and & Programme Management.
- Uses judgment to make decisions and solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers.
