Together we’re shaping a cleaner, greener future for our 11 million customers whom we put at the heart of everything we do.What you’ll get to work onOur Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting on the key operational metrics that are used to understand the overall performance of all networks. This data and reporting will provide an independent view of the networks and will feed into the core governance meetings. Completing various Network and Area scorecards to provide a consistent and neutral view of performance against the key operational metrics and regulatory outputs and reviewing data and MI to undertake trend analysis and communicate effectively, highlighting any potential rectification actions required.You’ll also…
- Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for data and reporting for Operational Performance and Networks’ performance
- Support the business in maintaining commentaries on any significant differences between actual performance and forecasts
- Review the accuracy of departmental plans and making appropriate challenges to ensure all plans are credible
- Build effective relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key recommendations to drive the Networks and areas forward
- Organise key Directorate performance meetings, collating information, capturing minutes and managing actions
- Where required, develop and model scenarios to focus direction of the business
- Support the wider Risk and Compliance Team with additional activities as required.
Who we are looking for
- Qualification or significiant experience in a relevant analytical discipline
- Excellent track record in analysing and evaluating data, identifying underlying issues and root causes and having excellent attention to detail
- Experience in analysing complex problems with recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in the use of company office applications and systems including SAP and Microsoft Office and extracting and presenting information from data bases
- Able to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills
