Your Role

As a Senior Dynamics Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 F&SCM projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with clients to understand and define their business processes and to configure D365 accordingly
  • Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing
  • Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching, tailored to the client’s own business processes and configuration
  • Design and test customisations D365, and work with the client through acceptance of these
  • Participate in go-live cutover exercises ensuring that migrated data is reconciled back to legacy systems
  • Guide projects along through daily communications with the customer or project manager
  • Participate in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants
  • Supervise and/or mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

We’re seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full lifecycle Dynamics implementation lifecycle withjn Manufacturing type organisations both as an end user and a D365 Microsoft Partner consultant
  • Deep understanding of howe to analyse, design and build the Supply Chain Management Modules in D365 against business needs across the various areas within a B2B / Retail organsitation including but not limited to Warehousing, Strock, Advanced Warehousing, Sales, Products, Transportation, Quality Management
  • Experience in extracting and mapping business needs to key tasks and activities within Azure Dev Ops
  • Proficiency in leading both formal and informal training sessions and workshops
  • Proficiency in working with 3rd party system integrations with D365 including the design and production of Integration design documents and solutions
  • Awareness of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Copilot would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in demonstrating benefits and challenging customers through a clear level of alignment between D365 capability and customer needs.
  • Exceptional direct and indirect communication skills to enable the mutual understanding of requests, business needs, expectations, progress updates
  • Experience in managing and coaching consultants as part of the implementation but also as a people manager
