We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable writing social-first copy, crafting engaging content across a variety of channels, editing photos and videos, and familiar with tools like InDesign. A knack for running a social content calendar, scheduling posts and understanding of analytics is essential too.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring D&AD’s social media channels have regular, high quality and creative content outputCreating strong written copy, tailored to D&AD’s various social channels, that have excellent grammar and spellingManaging queries and messages, replying to followers and engaging with our target audiencesWorking with the wider Marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on campaigns and activitiesEnsure the D&AD brand and tone-of-voice guidelines are consistently adhered toEditing and formatting images and video for social posts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and LinkedInUploading and scheduling of postsStaying up-to-date with all developments in social media, such as new platforms and featuresPitching new creative ideasPlanning and executing coverage of live events, with occasional live reporting from eventsCollaborating with other social media specialists in the company, such as paid media managersAnalysing and reporting back on the performance of social content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations for improvementWorking with designers to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve D&AD’s business aimsAbout you:Passionate about the creative industries, particularly understanding emerging creative talent and their needs entering the creative industryExcellent interpersonal skills and confident networker and communicatorA creative problem-solverConfident using social media scheduling tools and analyticsAn interest in new trends in social mediaCommercially focusedA self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver projects on timeDemonstrate accuracy and good attention to detailProactive and drivenBenefitsD&AD offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package.
