Job Description

Job title: Senior Strategic Marketing Officer

Company: NSPCC

Job description: Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it inspires our Communications team to find ever-more creative ways to promote our work and share how people can get involved in making a difference to children’s lives. Could you join us as a Strategic Marketing Manager and create work that means the world?

So who are our award-winning NSPCC Communications directorate? We’re known for our talent, expertise and creativity, inspiring and challenging people to act on child abuse. We work collaboratively, both organisationally and across integrated communications disciplines, to deliver shared outcomes and measurable results through all available communications channels.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Officer to join our Marketing and Planning team, which has a key role in driving awareness and understanding of our support for children, parents and professionals. We work closely with teams across the NSPCC to raise awareness of our vital services, behaviour change campaigns and fundraising which helps us continue to fight for every childhood. Could that be you?

The Senior Marketing Officer will:

  • Focus on marketing to professionals – anyone who works with or volunteers for children and young people, largely in the education, social care, health and voluntary and community sectors.
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing and communications activity, in order to promote NSPCC and NSPCC Learning services, products and activity.
  • Bring experience in insight-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that make an impact.
  • Join a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with.

Are you a great communicator who can build effective working relationships and influence a range of stakeholders?

You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
