You will play a pivotal role in developing and influencing a strategic enterprise wide view of our end to end value chain/ Target Operating Model and the associated capabilities required to align with its strategic outcomes. Working closely with colleagues across the business and counterparts in IT to understand business drivers and levers and how these determine the activities and capabilities required to enable our growth plans and help transform our business.
Daily tasks:
- Develop a business architecture strategy which will support and enable our extensive growth plans, to achieve Ambition 2030 vision and which will influence the technology architecture landscape.
- Translate business strategy and outcomes and work with Executive and Senior stakeholders to ensure the operating model support this.
- Work with colleagues across the business to undertake capability assessments and map out capability diagrams for required functions.
Skills:
- Experience of working at Senior level, influencing Target Operating Model design
- Strategic thinker, who always has the long-term picture as a foundation from which design decisions are based
- Ability to comfortably switch between strategic big picture and detail
- Achieve and share clarity where others see complexity
