Our client is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team of civil and structural engineers, who are nationally recognised for delivering sustainable and integrated design. Their ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines has seen them develop truly inspiring solutions that are sympathetic to their surroundings, and which minimise environmental impact.

With the team growing, this Senior Engineer position will provide you the opportunity to work in various sectors as part of an enthusiastic and committed team of engineers and technicians.

Working on a variety of medium size projects, you will design and specify all aspects of structural works; you will be responsible for producing design deliverables (including drawings, specifications and reports), site surveys, construction stage duties, client liaison with members of design / construction teams and ensure progress against the project brief.

About You

  • Degree qualified and working towards chartership,
  • You will have experience in Calculating and Detailing for Steel/Concrete/Timber/Masonry Structures,
  • You will have experience in Projects from RIBA stage 0/1 – 6,
  • You will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary team where you lead and oversaw deliverables by Technicians and Engineers,
  • You will have experience of working in Computational Analysis Programs (for example Masterseries),
  • Need to have working knowledge of industry best practice for Structural engineering designs.
