Salary: £25,870 – £29,992 per annum, pro rated – term time

We are looking for a Senior Community Liaison to join our fantastic Student Services team on a full time, permanent basis.

Strong, proven leadership and management skills are essential as is a passion for success with a commitment to meeting the needs of stakeholders and our local and regional communities.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop good behaviour at Cadbury College through being proactive in getting to know students and addressing issues quickly. A main goal in this position is to develop an ethos where students feel safe and are able to work with all staff in a friendly community. You will also be responsible for promoting an optimal learning environment and acting as a deterrent to unsafe or unacceptable behaviour by monitoring designated areas in the local community.
