About the Role:
The Senior Systems Engineer will be focussed on working with customers to identify, capture and refine requirements, convert this into a simulation architecture and lead the development of novel simulations to solve engineering challenges across a range of domains.
You will be expected to take ownership of projects and plan and deliver them in coordination with the team’s project manager.
You will be expected to identify areas for improvement and take ownership of developing tools to be applied across a range of projects, identifying other areas where they can be applied. You will be expected to use your own initiative, judgement, and critical thinking to evaluate candidate approaches and tools to achieve project goals. The role will require management of junior colleagues to deliver projects and mentor their development.
