Are you a Service Advisor or similar looking for a varied, days-based role working within a friendly tight-knit team at a well-established Automotive dealership who pride themselves on their long-term staff retention and overtime to increase earnings?

This company has fast become one of the most well-established franchise automotive dealerships in the South-West dealing with a variety of automotive brands both used and new. They have been delivering their service for over 25 years and due to a coworker moving on from the business are looking for a new Workshop Controller to join their team.

In this varied role you will be working out of the branch in Yeovil, providing exceptional service to customers while providing them with technical advice and costs as they wait for their vehicle. You will also be liaising with the workshop controller and technicians as well as carrying out admin work when required. You will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 08:30am – 17:00pm with the occasional half-day on Saturday once every 3 weeks.

This days-based role would suit a Service Advisor or similar looking for an exciting customer facing role within a friendly tight-knit team at a well-established company offering overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Provide exceptional service to customers during their visit in branch
• Liaise with Workshop Controller and Technicians to provide updates
• Monday-Friday shift pattern 08:30am – 17.00pm + 1 in 3 weekends

The Person:

• Service Advisor or similar
• Customer Service Skills and IT Literate
• Full Driver’s License
• Commutable to Yeovil
