Job description: As a Service Business Systems Analyst, you’ll join a high-performance team responsible for maintaining the production of a varied range of system reports currently in existence which monitor the performance of business-critical functions. You’ll be based at our Bolton office on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Being a Service Business Systems Analyst is really exciting and varied. You’ll work with a range of reports, from system effectiveness and performance on a range of measures that maintain critical business systems processing and provide insight into processing issues/bugs/changes.
You’ll be instrumental in supporting the Senior Business Systems Analyst working with our Business Systems Management and Helpdesk Support Team .

Reports will range from system effectiveness and performance on a range of measures that maintain critical business systems processing and provide insight into processing issues/bugs/changes. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the Senior Business Systems Analyst working with our Business Systems Management and Helpdesk Support Team.
You’ll need to have previous experience of working within a data management or analytical role. You’ll be using V Lookups and Pivot Tables regularly, so it’s important you’re comfortable with Excel.
