Job description: As a Service Charge Senior Manager, you will be managing one of the key client relationships for this leading practice. You will be leading a successful team and continuing to build on client relationships to deliver their service charge year ends.
- Management of the service charge teams, providing direction, offering necessary support and running appraisals and performance reviews.
- Lead on any recruitment for your team and assist with the training of new starters.
- Determine each team members responsibilities during the accounting life cycle and ensure processes and procedures are well documented.
- Hold regular meetings with stakeholders, challenging their spend and assisting with future budget setting.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors.

- ACA or ACCA qualified, ideally holding RI status
- Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering large client relationships
- Excellent technical, project management and delegation skills; a planned and organised approach to hit tight deadlines
