I am currently seeking a motivated individual looking to get their foot in the door with a globally established company in the world of IT. The Service Desk Analyst will work closely with the IT team to provide general IT support services, and learn new skills & technologies with a primary focus on handling queries for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level employee support, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
  • Provide first-level support for IT systems used by internal employees, addressing various IT problems.
  • Assist with IT administration tasks & IT projects
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunities

Personal & Technical Experience:

  • Motivated and Confident individual
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365 & Windows
  • Understanding or knowledge of tools, such as Word, Excel, and MS Teams
