Service Logistics

Office-based at our Stoke-on-Trent Office

Fixed Term Contract until 30/06/2023 , Full-time, Monday – Friday 37 hours

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Having a good understanding of work routines and procedures in one’s own job.

Health and safety responsibilities are met or exceeded for all areas of responsibility.

Process orders for parts and products.

Being proactive in problem solving

Liaising with internal & external clients as required.

Working in an organised, professional manner

General requirements for the role:

English, Maths & IT GCSE or equivalent

The role requires that you are able to communicate and motivate via written media such as email and telephone. That you mediate well and to organise effectively to enable you to be able to react in a timely manner to urgent requirements.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

You should also be adept in the use of Google or later, particularly Excel/Google sheets and Word/Google Docs , and ideally Gmail. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc.
