Our teams are bursting with passion and energy, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Shift Managers to join us on our exciting journey!As a shift manager in our award winning takeaways, you’re responsible for leading your team to deliver great quality food and customer service every time and helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.About the roleWe are looking for shift managers to join the team in our Allestree takeaway site, who can help develop and lead the team in an exciting, varied role. Day to day you will assist the general manager and help with shift rotas, placing orders with suppliers and completing weekly stock checks, ensuring cleaning is done daily and maintained, and supervising and positively leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff.In the role you will be learning and growing as a leader every day, and is a great stepping stone to a General Manager position in our expanding business.About youYou are passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standardsYou’re great with people and have great communication and leadership skillsYou’re always keen to learn new techniques and sharing your experience with your teamYou embrace individuality and care for othersYou have experience in a fast-paced, customer facing hospitality or catering environmentYou thrive in customer focused and leadership roles where supporting others is highly rewardingIdeally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team leader, but if you don’t then don’t worry, we would still love to hear from you.
