If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our Site Manager position:

The Role:

  • Site Manager
  • 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday.
  • £36,000 per annum.
  • The sites: a secondary school in Tottenham with about 1000 students and the offices of Save the Children UK.
  • The team: you’ll be working with a team of 11 cleaners, 1 day janitor and 1 site supervisor at the school as well as 2 day janitors and 3 cleaners at the offices of Save the Children UK.

Join us as our Site Manager (Cleaning) at Duke’s Aldridge Academy, a lively co-educational, multi ethnic academy based in North London and the offices of Save the Children UK! You will oversee a dedicated team of cleaners across both sites, and ensure that the cleaning operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for your teams on a day to day basis, carrying out daily check ins and recruiting, onboarding, and training our cleaning colleagues as well as stock ordering, conducting regular audits, and handling customer complaints. You will be working directly with the Service Manager for the site.
