Are you an experienced Event Manager or Hospitality Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills? We are currently seeking a Floor Assistant Manager for the upcoming Six Nations Championships – England v Wales event. As the Retail Bar Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the bar and hospitality services. Your responsibilities will include: – Advanced bar knowledge to effectively lead and motivate the team – Managing the stock process and reporting shortages of equipment/stock to management – Conducting opening and closing stock takes and handing them over to the cellar team – Knowledge of cellar set-up and keg change procedures – Stocking bars with beverages, glasses, ice, and other accompaniments based on predetermined levels – Ensuring all stock is rotated to avoid waste and assisting with stocktaking The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bar management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
