Job description: We have a vacancy for a Skilled Warehouse Operative to join our Lubricants team in Kingswinford. This is a full-time Permanent position working 40 hours a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our company and grow from within. As a Skilled Warehouse Operative you will report to and assist our warehouse supervisor in daily duties including picking stocks for customer orders and maintaining a methodical stock rotation working within the parameters of our HSE regulations. You will be required to carry out fork lift truck activities around the warehouse & yard areas and safely pack product away on racking.

Attention to detail is paramount with our extensive product range and self motivation as well as team spirit is essential. This role will require an enthusiastic approach; always working in a professional and safe manner. Weekend & evening working may be required.

Experience desired for the post of Warehouse Operative:

  • Valid counterbalance & Reach FLT licence
  • Experience of stock management processes
  • Previous experience in a commercial or distribution environment
  • Flexible team player with good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A good level of fitness
  • Warehouse experience essential
