Job description: We are looking to speak with SOC Analysts (L2) regarding some exciting long term contract opportunities with a major client in the Defence industry.
The roles are based in Corsham and provide long term stability with an initial contract duration until the end of January 2026. Competitive rate of offer and the opportunity to add significant value to your profile, enabling you to secure future opportunities in the industry.
As SOC Analyst, you will:
– support the transition of a SOC with expert security guidance and application of best practices
– lead the development, communication and continuous improvement of the cyber incident response plan
– define and lead on continuous development of a use case-driven logging, monitoring and response capability to ensure responsiveness and resilience to cyber security threats
– define the cyber security operations strategy in collaboration with Senior colleagues
Essential requirements of the role are:
– active/current DV clearance
– advanced industry standard SOC Security qualifications (SANS, ISC2 or similar)
– Tier 2 SOC Analyst experience (2 years)
– experience working with SIEM technology and SIEM engineering
