The social team at MG OMD are looking for a confident Social Media Account Director to join a team that is constantly striving to deliver campaigns that are innovative, impactful and answer the business challenges of our clients’ brands.
We work with a varied list of the agency’s clients including pladis (Jaffa Cakes, McVitie’s, Mini Cheddars), Pernod Ricard, John Lewis, Waitrose and recently acquired SharkNinja.
About you
You will have experience delivering key campaigns for your brand in social media, whilst also effectively working with other forms of media, social advertising, PR and creative teams and have worked on strategising all campaigns aswell as delivering influencer campaigns. There will be management of junior team members and collaboration with social and insight specialists, the role will also involve creating social best practice documents; ensuring social media plays a key role in our client’s marketing mix. Must be able to demonstrate commercial acumen through effective scoping and delivery of projects to budget and profitability.
